The oldest machine in the building, our Heidelberg cylinder press has a wide range of uses.
Converted from its original printing function, it now cuts, creases, kiss-cuts and embosses anything from thin papers through to heavyweight boards giving us the flexibility to create different shapes, finishes and textures.
By having the cylinder in-house we have removed journeys to and from an outsourced company. This allows us to control quality, improve job turn around times, and the ability to offer you a better price.
Die Cutting
Using a die, we can create shapes from a simple window to a bespoke complex shape such as boxes.
Kiss Cut
Cutting the face paper on self adhesive to make stickers of various shapes and sizes.
Creasing
Create perfect parallel folds on items by using form bars.
Embossing
Pressing a male and female die together to create textures or logos.
